Why is diversity in STEM important to you? 

IMO, I believe diversity in STEM is important because it brings out a variety of skills and experiences (equality from all backgrounds) among the team to learn from each other and drives the team morale, resulting in a higher quality of production.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

I've had several mentors who have been instrumental in guiding me throughout life and my career path. First and foremost, my family. Second, managers, leads and supervisors; understanding, reasonable, unafraid to provide positive criticism, honest, and have pushed me to do better. All of this I value as my greatest accomplishment; having been part of this.

What advice would you give to youth who are interested in your career field?
